TaylorMade R11 Fairway Wood Review

The latest R11 Fairway Wood released by TaylorMade are created to achieve much further ball flight distance. The use of 3D adjustability technology by TaylorMade R11 Fairway Wood allows golfers to tune the face angle, loft and flight trajectories for ultimate far distance. The first dimension is club face loft. The key technology for this part is Flight Control Technology, usually abbreviated as FCT. TaylorMade R11 uses this famous technology to make it possible for golfers to tune the face loft they need such as one degree higher, one degree lower or medium value. When you change the R11 loft, the face angle will be changed correspondingly. A higher face loft means a closer face angle, vice versa. The second dimension is face angle. The key technology for this part is Adjustable Sole Plate technology, abbreviated as ASP. When you place R11 naturally to the ball aiming position you can find that whether you want to change the face angle or not. If R11 head is too close, you can tune the ASP for a straight or opener club head. If the R11 head is too open, you can tune the ASP for a straight or closer club head. If the R11 head’ position is fine, you don’t need to change it. The third dimension is flight trajectory. The key technology used in this part by R11 is Moveable Weight Technology (MWT). MWT enables you tune the weights according to your preference for ideal trajectory deviation. The ball flight angle will deviate to the direction where you place the weight nail. For example, if you place the 6g weight nail in head heel, you can get left deviating flight trajectory.

This TaylorMade R11 Fairway Wood creates up to 100 yards left and right trajectory adjustment, and plus and minus 500RPM backspin speed adjustment. The R11 head shape made according to the newest aerodynamics creates faster ball speed and longer distance.
